# Buy/Sell Cardano

The Buy/Sell feature in VESPR enables seamless on-ramping and off-ramping for Cardano (ADA). This service is powered by **Topper Pay**, a highly regulated and trusted US-based company owned by **Uphold Inc**.

## **Fees**

As of **December 13, 2024**, the following fees apply:

1. **Processing Fees**:
   * **Buying Cardano ADA**: 2.9%
   * **Selling Cardano ADA**: 1.75%
2. **VESPR Fee**: 1% flat fee for both buying and selling transactions.

**Important Notes**:

* Fees are subject to change. Always review the fee breakdown displayed upfront before proceeding.
* The quoted ADA price, outside of the fees, may include a spread compared to the ADA spot price. Ensure you are comfortable with the quoted price before confirming the transaction.
